Welcome to KaiBee! These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of KaiBee ("the App"), a goal-setting and habit-building web application. By accessing or using KaiBee, you agree to these T&C. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use KaiBee.
• By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these T&C.

2. Account Registration and Security

• Users may create an account using Google authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We may terminate or suspend accounts without prior notice for violations of these T&C.

3. Freemium Model & Paid Upgrades

• KaiBee operates on a freemium model with optional paid upgrades.
• Refund Policy:
• Refunds are guaranteed without asking questions within the first week of paid subscription.
• After the first week, Refunds will be guaranteed for any issues arising from malfunctions or errors within the app itself.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute any content from KaiBee for commerical use.
• Use the App for commercial purposes or reverse engineering.
• Engage in spamming, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

• We collect email addresses for account creation and communication.
• The App uses Google authentication and analytics tools.
• We do not share user data unless legally required.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• KaiBee provides AI-generated suggestions and personalized recommendations.
• AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice.
• We disclaim responsibility for any decisions made based on AI suggestions.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for app downtime, data loss, or errors.
• KaiBee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be handled through our internal resolution process.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, applicable UAE laws will govern further action.

9. Account Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
• Violation of these T&C
• Abusive behavior
• Users will not be notified before termination.
• Appeals are allowed for banned accounts.

10. Changes to T&C

• We may update these T&C at any time.
• Users will be notified via email when changes occur.
• Continued use of KaiBee after changes means you accept the revised T&C.

11. Governing Law

• These T&C are governed by the laws of the UAE.
